Clear terms. Fair rewards.

This pilot programme is subject to manual approval and verified account email. Commission is awarded only for a new customer’s first paid event within 90 days of their original referral. Free, test, self-referred, fraudulent or duplicate purchases do not qualify.

Rates are 15% on sales 1–4, 20% on sales 5–9, and 25% from sale 10 in each Europe/Madrid calendar month. Higher rates are not retroactive. The basis is the payment after discounts, excluding tax, before processing fees. Rates are frozen per sale.

Purchases clear after 30 days. Payouts are reviewed monthly from the 15th. New earnings and payouts are in euros. Balances below €20 roll forward. Partners outside the euro area arrange any currency conversion with their bank and are responsible for associated fees. Historical non-euro records retain their original currency and require separate review. Bank processing time may vary. No payment is promised while bank details are incomplete or a payment is disputed.

Refunds reverse commission proportionally. Disputes may hold earnings; lost disputes reverse them. Reversals after payout reduce future earnings. Legitimate earnings are preserved if promotion access is suspended; suspected abuse may be reviewed.

Use truthful advertising and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Do not spam, impersonate SnapHive, use misleading discounts, self-refer, or bid on SnapHive brand terms without written permission. You are responsible for your own applicable taxes and invoicing obligations.

We store your application, referral accounting and payout details to operate the programme. Bank details are encrypted and restricted to authorised staff. Affiliates see anonymous referral references, never private customer events. Optional browser referral storage requires consent; manually entering a code explicitly credits the chosen partner. Remove saved browser referral tracking on the cookies page; this does not erase accounting records already attached to a purchase.

Programme changes apply prospectively, not to already awarded rates. Contact support@snaphive.cloud for corrections, disputes or closing your affiliate account.
