Acceptable Use

This policy helps keep private SnapHive events safe. It applies to account holders, event owners, guests and anyone accessing the service.

Use SnapHive responsibly

Only upload content you are entitled to share. Respect the privacy, dignity and wishes of attendees, and obtain appropriate permission where necessary—particularly for children and vulnerable people.

Prohibited content

Do not use SnapHive for unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually abusive, privacy-invasive or deliberately deceptive content; malware; material that infringes intellectual-property rights; or content that facilitates crime or serious harm.

Prohibited activity

Unlimited photo and video packages cover normal use at one genuine event, with a maximum of 200 MB per file. They are not general-purpose cloud storage, an automated backup service or a file distribution service. We may investigate abnormal usage and contact the owner about misuse; exceeding an internal review threshold does not automatically stop ordinary event uploads.

Do not probe or bypass access controls, file-size limits or moderation; interfere with the service; scrape private events; impersonate others; distribute unsolicited messages; introduce malicious code; or use automated access that places unreasonable demand on SnapHive.

Reporting and enforcement

Report concerns to support@snaphive.cloud with the relevant event link and enough information for us to investigate. We may remove content, suspend access, preserve relevant records or contact appropriate authorities where proportionate and legally required.
