Do guests need an app or account?
No. Guests scan your QR code or open the private link and upload from their browser.
Are uploads kept private?
Yes. Events are private and never appear in search engines. Owners control whether approved memories can be viewed by guests.
Do I receive the original files?
Yes. SnapHive keeps the original upload for the event owner to download.
How long is my gallery available?
Standard includes 6 months of uploads and 12 months of gallery access; Premium includes 12 months of uploads and 24 months of gallery access, calculated from the event date or purchase date if later.
Can I use SnapHive for something other than a wedding?
Absolutely. SnapHive is designed for birthdays, baby showers, parties, stag and hen events, work events, memorials and more.
