SnapHive

SnapHive policies

Terms

These terms form an agreement between SnapHive (“SnapHive”, “we”, “us”) and the person creating or purchasing an event (“you”). By using SnapHive, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

The service

SnapHive provides private event pages for collecting, reviewing, sharing and downloading guest-submitted photographs, videos and messages. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account and event information.

Your account and event links

You are responsible for your account credentials, the people with whom you share private links or QR codes, and activity you authorise. Tell us promptly at support@snaphive.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access.

Packages, payment and activation

Each package is a one-off purchase for one event, not a subscription. The event’s limits, currency, total price and retention period are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment and the guest link activates after payment confirmation. Upgrades apply only to the selected event.

Cancellations and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. If you want to cancel or believe a payment is incorrect, contact support@snaphive.cloud promptly with the account email and event name. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and whether the service has already been supplied or used.

Your content and permissions

You and your guests retain ownership of submitted content. You grant SnapHive a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, create previews of and deliver that content solely to operate and secure the event. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or ask others to upload.

Moderation and removal

Event owners control guest-gallery visibility and approval. We may restrict access, preserve evidence or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, maintain security or comply with law.

Availability and expiry

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Events and media expire after the package period shown at purchase. You are responsible for downloading important originals before the stated expiry date.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SnapHive is not responsible for losses caused by content supplied by users, disclosure of an event link by its owner or events outside our reasonable control.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent to support@snaphive.cloud.
