SnapHive respects the rights of photographers, guests and event owners. Only submit material you created or have permission to share.

Report copyright infringement

Email support@snaphive.cloud with your name and contact details, the work you believe is protected, the exact SnapHive event or content location, why you believe the use is unauthorised, and the action you request. Include a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

What happens next

We may ask for additional information, temporarily restrict access while reviewing a report, notify the event owner or uploader, and remove or disable access where appropriate. We may preserve information where required for a dispute, safety investigation or legal obligation.

Responding to a report

If your content is restricted and you believe that was a mistake, email support@snaphive.cloud with the event details, an explanation and evidence of your permission or ownership.
